Acer Trees has recently completed an extensive tree felling/clearance project across part of a c.11 acre site on my/our behalf, at the former Powergen site in Shirley near Solihull.
They ‘won’ this work following a competitive tender process and, I have to say, they have done a great job for me/us. To date, they have cleared c.6 acres, on time as promised and on budget.
The residue of the site will need to be cleared later this year, after the ongoing bird nesting season and following the closure of several badger setts (subject to the outcome of an imminent application to Natural England).
I have found Acer Trees to be extremely straightforward with an open and honest approach to business as well as a ‘can do, will do’ attitude. I have no hesitation in ‘negotiating’ the remainder of the project with them.
As a result, I have no reservation in providing this reference for Acer Trees and I wish them well with their future business. In summary, they are good guys and, they have done a great job for me/us for a reasonable price.
Importantly, they clearly adopt a sensible approach to Health & Safety as well as the welfare of their operatives and, indeed, the environment (including neighbour relations).
As a result, I look forward to working further with Acer Trees on this project… and, indeed, other projects in the future.
